My Email Isnt showing up with any messages.
If you cannot see any emails at all, this article is for you, alternitavely, if you cannot see any new emails, i would recommend first, checking that you are on the correct network (usdenrollment will not give you any new emails) the proper network is either 'USD 352', or if you are using a non school device, you can use the 'USD 352 Guest' network.
The first thing you want to check is if iCloud is properly syncing, and if the settings app has anything wrong. To do this, open System Settings (Or Settings for IOS) and click on your Apple account. There should be no error messages in this area.
The next step would be to check your email account. There will be 2 separate ways to do this for IOS and Mac. I will include both here.
IOS:
Step 1: Scroll all the way to the bottom of the left hand collumn, you will see the 'Apps' button click on Apps>Mail>Mail Accounts
Step 2: Then, select the Gmail account, you will see 4 services that gmail has access to: 'Mail', 'Contacts', 'Calendars', and 'Notes'. turn all of these features off.
Step 3: Restart your iPad, and repeat step 1, now turn these features back on. you will be prompted to relogin to your google account.
Step 4: restart your iPad again, and see if your messages have apeared. if they have not, reach out to the help desk.
MacOS:
Step 1: In the top left corner, when inside of the mail app, you will see a banner, click the 'Mail' option.
Step 2: You will now see a list of options, click on the 'Accounts' option, and then select gmail.
Step 3: Now, select all of the services that gmail has access to, and turn them off, and restart your computer (Apple Logo>Restart)
Step 4: repeat step 1,but now turn these features back on. you will be prompted to relogin to your google account.
Step 5: restart your Mac again, and see if your messages have apeared. if they have not, reach out to the help desk.
Hope this helps! —USD 352 Help Desk
